Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Waterways and Shipping Office Donau MDK in the planning, design, and execution of complex electrical and automation projects for weirs along the Main, MDK, and Danube waterways. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing concepts, drafting tender documents, managing contract awards, and overseeing the settlement of engineering and construction contracts related to the replacement or maintenance of electrotechnical facilities. A key aspect of the job is coordinating intricate maintenance projects between various internal departments, new construction offices, engineering firms, and external contractors. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to critical public infrastructure projects, utilizing skills in automation concept development and project management.
