Job Summary
The Peter Döhle Schiffahrts-KG, a maritime service provider with global operations, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to strengthen their IT department. This role focuses on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Level IT support for internal services via helpdesk tools, phone, and email, requiring proficiency in both German and English. Key responsibilities include logging, tracking, and documenting all requests and incidents, managing user accounts, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, enriching the knowledge database, managing software licenses, and leading smaller IT projects.
