Job Summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Level IT support for internal services via helpdesk tools, phone, and email, requiring proficiency in both German and English. Key responsibilities include logging, tracking, and documenting all requests and incidents, managing user accounts, and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
