Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the technical operations of a complex industrial facility near Munich, ensuring all contracted services are delivered efficiently and to high quality standards. The Facility Management Lead will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and quality-assuring all technical processes, including overseeing recurring maintenance and expert inspections, and planning optimization measures. A crucial aspect of the job is leading a technical team, including training and development, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client and external service providers. The ideal candidate must possess a background as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in facility management or electrical engineering, coupled with leadership experience and proficiency in CAFM tools and MS Office.
