Job Summary

As an Object Manager for Technical Facility Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed services, overseeing the coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance of all technical processes. Your daily tasks will involve managing orders, preparing quotes, invoicing, and planning and supervising recurring maintenance and expert inspections. You will also develop concepts and offers for technical services, particularly in electrical, HVAC, and MSR trades, and lead an internal technical team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to coordinate internal and external service providers.
