Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Second Level Support Specialist within an established Hamburg-based company specializing in digital services and technical solutions. The specialist will be responsible for handling complex technical support inquiries, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions while documenting cases and creating knowledge articles. A key component of the role involves close collaboration with First Level Support and other IT teams, as well as contributing to IT projects and system monitoring and performance analysis. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and practical experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network technologies, and IT security principles.
