Job Summary

This role involves operating and monitoring state-of-the-art production equipment within the semiconductor manufacturing sector. The Production Operator will be responsible for ensuring high quality through visual and metrological checks, actively tracking manufacturing processes, and promptly resolving any operational disturbances. Key day-to-day tasks include material preparation, loading production materials according to specifications, and meticulously documenting all production steps and results within the system. Ideal candidates possess practical experience in machine operation or manufacturing technology, ideally within microtechnology, coupled with a strong interest in high-precision processes. This position is attractive due to its full-time, permanent contract and a unique 12-hour shift system that results in only 14–15 working days per month, offering significant time off.
