Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Building Management Office in Schwabach, focusing on the technical administration of electrical systems within municipal buildings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical facilities, including the processing of maintenance, repair, and fault clearance activities. Key responsibilities include organizing and implementing mandatory technical system inspections, managing order processing, verifying invoices, and acting as the client representative in construction projects. A critical component of the job is managing inventory and master data related to technical equipment using specialized Building Management Software (CAFM). Candidates should possess a qualification as a certified Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Electrician, coupled with relevant professional experience. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, or Master Electrician certification, or Industrial Master certification in Electrical Engineering, or completed vocational training as an Electronic Technician (or predecessor professions).
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience (preferred)
- Experience in building renovation (desirable)
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or related fields
