Job Summary
Join FERCHAU Rosenheim as a PLC Programmer and contribute to innovative projects for a renowned company in Rohrdorf. This role involves taking responsibility for defined areas of PLC programming, commissioning, and functional testing of systems both in-house and at customer sites. You will support the development and implementation of PLC control programs, independently adapt and further develop existing software solutions, and conduct system tests and error analyses. Additionally, you will be a key contact for customers, providing training and on-site instructions. This position offers an opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary team, bringing new ideas or leveraging your extensive expertise, whether you are new to the field or an experienced professional.
Required Skills
Education
Technician training or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming (entry-level or experienced)
- Experience with system commissioning and functional testing
- Experience in developing and implementing PLC control programs
- Experience in adapting and developing existing software solutions
- Experience with system tests and error analyses
Languages
Additional
- Valid driver's license for passenger cars; Willingness to travel (at least 40%); Unrestricted travel and work possibilities in EU, US, UK, and CH
