Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated IT Service Technician specializing in iOS devices, based in Bonn. The primary responsibilities involve providing comprehensive support for ultra-mobile devices, focusing heavily on the iOS ecosystem. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and deployment of iPhones and iPads, including providing initial user training and handover. A key part of the job involves assisting with the administration of the SecurePIM App via the SecurePIM Management Portal, as well as managing and maintaining end-user devices within the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, including profile assignment and troubleshooting. Candidates should possess very strong knowledge of iOS devices, general familiarity with mobile devices like laptops, and excellent communication and service orientation skills. This full-time, permanent position offers the potential for direct hire by the client.
