Job Summary

This opportunity seeks a skilled Industrial Electrical Supervisor (EPLAN) to manage and coordinate complex electrical assembly projects for an innovative client in the Marl/Ruhr area. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of on-site electrical installations, including planning schedules, ensuring material availability, and coordinating with project management and other trades. A crucial part of the role involves enforcing stringent safety and occupational health standards (VDE, DGUV) and maintaining high installation quality. You will provide technical leadership to electricians and subcontractors, manage documentation, and serve as the central point of contact for all electrical matters, providing regular reports to project leads. The ideal candidate holds a Master Electrician or Technician qualification, possesses multi-year experience in industrial electrical assembly and commissioning, and is proficient in using EPLAN or similar electrical CAD systems. This full-time role offers a competitive salary (€50,000 - €60,000) and the stability of an unlimited contract through temporary staffing.
