This full-time IT Service Technician role in Berlin focuses on supporting and managing ultra-mobile devices, specifically iPhones and iPads. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and deployment of mobile devices, serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing end-user training, and performing initial troubleshooting. A crucial aspect of the role involves device management within the MDM system, including profile assignment, and assisting with the administration of the SecurePIM App via its Management Portal.
