Job Summary

This full-time IT Service Technician role in Berlin focuses on supporting and managing ultra-mobile devices, specifically iPhones and iPads. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and deployment of mobile devices, serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing end-user training, and performing initial troubleshooting. A crucial aspect of the role involves device management within the MDM system, including profile assignment, and assisting with the administration of the SecurePIM App via its Management Portal. Candidates must possess fundamental knowledge of iOS devices, experience with mobile device management systems, and strong communication skills.
