Job Summary

This role requires a skilled Verification and Validation Manager to oversee and coordinate all Verification and Validation (V&V) activities within complex engineering and IT projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining the critical Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) and managing the schedule for all verification activities. The manager acts as a key technical liaison, reviewing the overall system performance in close coordination with the client and advising specialized engineering departments on optimal verification options and methods, ranging from component to full system level. A critical component of the role is controlling the verification documentation for development results. Success in this position requires a relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) and proven professional experience, ideally in system engineering or project management. Candidates must demonstrate fluent German and good English skills, with experience in Test Management and tools like DOORS being highly advantageous.
