Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive operation, maintenance, and continuous development of modern IT systems for a leading engineering and IT services provider. The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for daily operations, including L1/L2 troubleshooting, system error analysis, and Identity Management, alongside implementing manual and automated updates. A significant part of the role focuses on designing, conceptualizing, and implementing new IT infrastructure and tools, ensuring robust monitoring and documentation of all processes. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or relevant vocational training combined with strong professional experience. Key technical requirements include excellent knowledge of IT System Engineering, particularly in Virtualization (VMware, HyperV), Windows/Linux infrastructure, Networking (Cisco, Fortigate, MikroTik), and Storage. Proficiency in automation techniques using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform, along with experience in ITIL processes and backup solutions (Veeam), is crucial for success in this demanding and future-oriented position.
