This role is for an Onsite Support Technician based in Nuremberg, supporting a leading provider of infrastructure solutions and service management, primarily catering to pharmaceutical clients across Europe. The core responsibility involves delivering comprehensive First Level Support, both onsite and remotely via telephone, utilizing the Service Now ticketing tool to manage and resolve issues. Day-to-day duties include analyzing and troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, consulting users on IT processes and end-device usage, and technically classifying inquiries. The technician is also responsible for escalating complex or recurring problems to subsequent support teams. The ideal candidate must hold a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, combined with strong technical and organizational understanding.
