Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Service Technician, ideally an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, to join the technical service team for industrial crane systems in Duisburg. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of lifting equipment, alongside performing regular scheduled maintenance and implementing necessary retrofits. You will act as a key on-site technical consultant, ensuring the reliable and safe operation of customer assets while fostering long-term client relationships through strong communication. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational qualification and strong foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, mechatronics, and mechanics. The position requires a Class B driver's license and the ability to work at heights.
