Job Summary

This Service Technician role, based in Duisburg, involves ensuring the reliable operation of industrial cranes and hoisting equipment for a global leader in material handling. Key daily tasks include comprehensive diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of complex lifting systems, as well as executing retrofitting projects. The technician is responsible for providing on-site technical consulting, maintaining strong customer relationships, and rigorously adhering to safety standards to ensure reliable operation. The ideal candidate possesses a technical vocational degree (e.g., Electrician or Mechatronics Technician), strong foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, mechatronics, and mechanics, and the ability to work at heights.
