Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Service Technician based in Stuttgart, working for a leading market player in the Facility Management sector. The core responsibilities involve the comprehensive operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical building services systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, meticulous documentation of all maintenance activities (fault, test, inspection reports), and coordinating external specialist companies for larger repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrical Installer, or a similar electrical trade qualification. While multi-year experience in building operations is highly desirable, the position offers excellent job security and the opportunity for direct permanent employment or a temporary role with the goal of being hired permanently by the client.
