Job Summary

This role is based in Dresden, supporting a market leader in Facility Management, focusing on the maintenance and operation of complex building services systems. The Electrical Service Technician will be responsible for the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems within the assigned facilities. Core duties include rapid troubleshooting, executing minor repairs, and meticulously documenting all activities through detailed error, inspection, and maintenance reports. A crucial aspect of this position is the coordination and oversight of external contractors performing specialized maintenance and repair tasks. Candidates must possess a completed professional apprenticeship or training as an Electrician (e.g., in Energy and Building Technology or Operating Technology). While professional experience in building operations is desirable, the position offers high job security and the opportunity for direct placement or eventual permanent contract with leading companies in the German facility and real estate sector.
