Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Installer based in Frankfurt am Main, working with a market leader in Facility Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of building services systems focusing on electrical engineering. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, performing minor repairs, maintaining technical documentation, and meticulously managing fault, inspection, and maintenance reports. A key component of the job is coordinating external companies for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. Candidates must possess a completed professional qualification as an Electrician or equivalent (e.g., in Energy and Building Technology or Operating Technology). While professional experience in building operation is desirable, the position offers high job security and the opportunity for direct permanent employment or temporary placement with the option for takeover.
