Job Summary

This role is an immediate, permanent opportunity for a Laboratory Technician specializing in Pharmaceutical Microbiology in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and evaluating Environmental Monitoring (EM) procedures, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation standards. Daily tasks include the preparation and verification of culture media, meticulous data entry into a LIMS database, and general laboratory maintenance such as sorting, cleaning, and sterilization. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as a technical assistant (e.g., MTA, BTA, PTA) and ideally several years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology. Strong teamwork, result-orientation, resilience, and excellent written and spoken German skills are essential for success in this critical quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical sector.
