This role involves performing essential cultural microbiological and biochemical examinations on various samples, including food, consumer goods, feed, and water, within the Food Microbiology and Molecular Biology unit of the Schleswig-Holstein State Laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses, evaluating results, and meticulously documenting all procedures and findings in the laboratory information system. Key requirements include a completed laboratory or technical assistant education, strong German language skills, and a routine approach to quality management-based work.
