Job Summary

This role is for a Junior Bioprocess Operator focused on the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical active ingredients, specifically within Downstream Processing. Day-to-day tasks involve meticulous execution of production steps, including the preparation of buffer solutions, precise weighing of raw materials, and managing process preparation and post-processing steps like CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place). A critical aspect of the role is maintaining stringent quality control, conducting necessary quality assessments, and ensuring absolute compliance with current GMP regulations and EHS guidelines. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in a relevant field such as Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry, coupled with several years of professional experience. Excellent organizational skills, manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of hygienic work are essential. Due to the nature of the documentation, fluent German language skills are mandatory. The position offers a permanent contract within the successful chemical/pharma sector.
