Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional looking to join a major municipal utility provider focused on sustainable energy, mobility, and digitalization in Ulm. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, handling and processing incoming IT disruptions and service requests via phone, email, and an ITSM tool, creating and prioritizing corresponding tickets. Key responsibilities include supporting users with Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook, shared mailboxes, calendar sharing), managing software installations, updates, and basic configurations, and performing license checks for applications like AutoCAD and PowerBI. You will also contribute to IT projects and rollouts, manage IT workstations, including hardware inventory, ordering, and documentation. Candidates must possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable field, professional experience in user support (ideally First-Level/Helpdesk), and foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and ITIL processes.
