Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and service for advanced Battery Storage Systems and electric drive technology, both remotely via hotline and through regular domestic and international on-site assignments. Key responsibilities include supporting customers during system commissioning and operation, testing system functionalities, performing field error analyses, and implementing necessary retrofits and software adjustments (e.g., frequency converter application adaptation). You will also be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation, such as maintenance instructions, service checklists, and fault logs, ensuring compliance with norms and quality guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess mandatory further qualification as a Technician, several years of relevant professional experience, and expert knowledge in high-voltage battery storage and electric drive systems, coupled with strong German and English communication skills.
