Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of two critical teams: Industrialization/Work Preparation for Electrical Machines and Production Technology. The successful candidate will drive the development of employees and the organizational unit, while providing hands-on support for operational tasks. Core responsibilities include managing industrialization processes (technology, layout planning, work data creation, equipment management), driving Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP), and leading Build-to-Print and general improvement projects in production. The role requires a strong background in production technology, specifically relating to electrical machines and investment projects. Proficiency with key enterprise systems like InforLN (ERP) and Windchill (PLM) is essential, alongside excellent written and spoken English, positioning this role as a vital link between engineering and manufacturing operations.
