Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Support Specialist to provide critical first and second-level support across software, hardware, and media technology. Day-to-day tasks involve the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software, printers, and various mobile devices, including iOS. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal IT departments to ensure fast, sustainable solutions and will be responsible for implementing technical changes and optimizing existing IT processes. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, paired with multi-year professional experience supporting environments utilizing Microsoft Windows, Office, Active Directory, and ticketing systems.
