This role involves shaping the digital future by managing complex customer projects within the Customer Service department, focusing on identity and data protection. The Project Manager will ensure project adherence to contractual goals and Service Level Agreements regarding time, cost, and quality. Key responsibilities include contributing to proposal creation, supporting sales, conceptualizing and managing project resources, and overseeing project and support cost budgets. The position also requires continuous documentation, status reporting, identifying optimization potential, and managing escalations, suppliers, and partners. Education
