Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Pharmaceutical Qualification Engineer responsible for ensuring plant and equipment readiness within the Life Science sector. Day-to-day activities involve managing the entire qualification life-cycle, both at the Schwäbisch Hall facility and internationally at client sites. A core function is the independent execution of critical qualification tests (IQ/OQ) in strict adherence to GMP guidelines. The specialist will also be tasked with enhancing current installation and functional qualification procedures, generating comprehensive test reports and technical documentation, and leading operator training sessions for clients. Key requirements include a relevant degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Pharma, or Process Engineering) or equivalent technical certification, coupled with initial experience in electrical assembly or pharmaceutical qualification processes.
