Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical Support Specialist to join FERCHAU, focusing on providing essential technical assistance via the service hotline for international clients spanning Europe, Russia, Africa, and India. Key responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of support tickets, handling basic technical inquiries, leveraging technical knowledge in automation technology, and analyzing call data using CRM systems to identify potential performance enhancements or preventive maintenance needs in customer facilities. You will also coordinate the processing of spare parts orders. Candidates must hold a qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman level) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Technology, coupled with practical experience in the assembly or commissioning of machinery and plant construction. Strong proficiency in English is mandatory, along with familiarity with MS Office and SAP. This position offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge projects and requires flexibility for shift work, including late, night, and occasional weekend duties.
