Job Summary

This specialized role requires a Chemical Engineer to manage products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to full series production. A significant focus of the position involves technology scouting, specifically identifying new methods and developing innovative solutions within the field of explosives processing. The successful candidate will establish deep expertise in mechanical process engineering, planning and executing complex trials for the commissioning of new manufacturing plants. Key responsibilities also include supporting project management efforts, particularly in obsolescence removal, meticulous documentation of project progress, budget monitoring, and creating detailed reports for stakeholders. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, coupled with fundamental experience in handling and characterizing energetic and composite materials. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication within international project teams and with external partners.
