Job Summary

This role involves ensuring product quality within an internationally active, fruit-processing family company. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the verification and release of product quality, performing chemical-physical and microbiological analyses on raw materials and product samples. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating, evaluating, and documenting external analyses, serving as the quality interface between procurement, production, and sales, and preparing specifications and analysis certificates for customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology, or has completed training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or Chemical Laboratory Technician. This position requires a high degree of initiative, precision, and reliability, offering an independent and varied role within a dynamic, expanding firm group, initially secured for a two-year fixed term.
