Job Summary

This role is a vital position within a medium-sized, internationally operating family business in the fruit processing industry, focusing on high-quality fruit and vegetable ingredients. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous chemical-physical and microbiological analyses of raw materials and product samples. Key daily tasks include product quality verification and release, monitoring and maintenance of analytical equipment, coordinating the storage of product samples, and performing control analyses of wastewater and process water. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Laboratory Technician (LTA, CTA, or Chemist) and ideally possesses initial professional experience in a food processing environment.
