The 3rd Level Supporter will be responsible for administering and operating internal IT services, coordinating external service providers for support and projects, and maintaining the internal knowledge base and documentation. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent experience, strong administrative skills in the Microsoft environment (Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, MS 365/Azure), and proficiency in German and English. The position demands high commitment, service orientation, and includes rotating on-call duties for go-live events and performing maintenance outside standard office hours, offering a full-time, permanent contract with flexible working hours.
