Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient and solution-oriented IT Technician ready to manage and enhance a modern IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, alongside providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to end-users. You will be crucial in troubleshooting system disturbances, documenting processes, and actively participating in IT projects and system rollouts.
