Job Summary

This role is centered on ensuring seamless IT operations and driving efficiency improvements within a global recruitment leader. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks involve troubleshooting technical faults, monitoring IT security, implementing regular updates, and supporting the introduction and development of Cloud solutions. A key component is employee support, involving training staff on IT systems and maintaining comprehensive process documentation. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or degree, proven experience managing IT systems and networks, strong knowledge of IT security concepts and data protection, and excellent structured communication abilities.
