This role involves driving the digital transformation of the Duisburg city administration, specifically focusing on Customer Communication Management. The specialist will analyze functional requirements in collaboration with internal and inter-municipal clients, translating them into robust technical solutions. Key daily tasks include analyzing data, interfaces, documents, and processes, alongside developing, adapting, and optimizing workflows. The position also requires practical programming skills for creating scripts, automation tools, or small applications, and supporting platform configuration and optimization in Output and Input Management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree (FH/HS) or comparable qualification in Informatics, or a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration/Application Development), IT Management Assistant, or Administrative IT Specialist.
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience following a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or comparable field
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience following a vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, Administrative IT Specialist)
- Practical experience in Output/Input Management (desirable)
- Experience in workflow development (desirable)
