Job Summary

This role is centered on supporting vital public services for the people of Westphalia-Lippe by ensuring the smooth operation and continuous development of IT systems within the kvw (Communal Pension Funds). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT systems, managing the central specialized procedure (OPAL), and driving the digitalization of end-to-end processes from a customer perspective. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed technical and test concepts, analyzing and modeling complex business processes, and ensuring the quality assurance of data inventories. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Mathematics, or equivalent long-term professional experience, coupled with a strong understanding of technical application architectures and data models.
