Job Summary

The IT Controller will join the Communal Pension Funds of Westphalia-Lippe (kvw) to manage and oversee the IT budget, financial planning, and expenditure control within the kvw-Information Technology department. Key responsibilities include planning, steering, and analyzing IT project and investment management, developing the cost and performance accounting structure for kvw-IT, and generating regular reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance & Controlling, Data Analytics, or Computer Science, or possesses equivalent long-term professional experience. Essential qualifications include professional experience in IT controlling, strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and fundamental knowledge of cost and performance accounting. This role is crucial for driving transparent processes, process automation, and data-driven decision-making, requiring a structured, analytical approach and fluent German language skills.
