Job Summary

This role as a Technical Order Processor involves managing the full lifecycle of complex technical orders for a market leader in machinery manufacturing. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical and commercial clarification for incoming orders, independently creating detailed quotes, coordinating the procurement of necessary technical components with the purchasing department, and diligently monitoring deadlines. A crucial part of the job is acting as the primary technical contact for both customers, consulting them on any ambiguities, and the internal production team. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electrical Technician, coupled with professional experience in the electrical/electronic domain. Proficiency in reading electrical plans and drawings, specifically using tools like EPlan and CAD, is required.
