Job Summary

This role combines technical expertise with customer service, focusing on supporting clients of a leading, independent manufacturer of worldwide control systems based in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and processing retrofit kits for existing and new control systems, providing essential technical telephone support via the service line, and managing the selection and ordering of supplementary and spare parts. A key part of the job involves acting as the primary contact for customer complaints and technically processing cost quotations. Candidates should possess a background in commercial or technical fields, such as Industrial Clerk, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong customer consultation skills.
