Job Summary

This permanent position, available in full or part-time (min. 50%), is situated within the Finance and Service Department in Mosbach. The Participation Controller is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the district's investments and subsidiaries. Day-to-day tasks include creating comprehensive business analyses, summary reports, and detailed recommendations for senior management, requiring participation in relevant committee meetings. A critical function involves the meticulous analysis of business plans, quarterly reports, annual financial statements, and audit reports, alongside preparing necessary session documents. The role also demands the evaluation of strategic objectives, the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), performance benchmarking against industry peers, and assisting in the drafting and modification of corporate agreements and statutes. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Public Management or Business Administration, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate proficiency with MS Office tools.
