Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance (O&M) of large-scale solar power plants across Europe. The Service Technician will be responsible for remote monitoring of photovoltaic (PV) systems, performing electrical inspections, and documenting results. Key day-to-day tasks include checking the functionality of components like inverters and modules, conducting detailed fault analysis on battery storage and PV systems, and implementing necessary repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Candidates must have a completed vocational training as an electrical specialist (e.g., Electrician or Electronics Technician) and possess very strong electrical knowledge, ideally with experience in solar or plant construction. The position requires a high degree of customer orientation, teamwork, and a willingness to travel up to 10% for service activities, contributing directly to climate-friendly energy generation for future generations.
