As the central point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, you will independently manage support requests via phone, email, and in person, ensuring adherence to strict service level agreements. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, Office applications, mobile devices, and printers within a client/server network environment, utilizing remote tools. Beyond problem-solving, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the IT knowledge base, documenting solutions, and assisting with administrative tasks like backups and rollouts.
