Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete technical building operations for properties under the Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) in Düsseldorf. Key daily tasks include ensuring operator responsibility for technical systems, maintaining operational safety, and continuously optimizing operating and management concepts. The manager will be responsible for drafting extensive service specifications and descriptions for all technical areas, managing property operations, and overseeing simple construction maintenance utilizing existing service and maintenance contracts. Candidates must possess a technical university degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with expertise in Technical Facility Management and IT standard applications like MS Office. Experience in real estate administration and knowledge of SAP are highly desirable. This position requires strong organizational skills, economic thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and handle increased workloads, often involving business travel.
