Job Summary

The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee Technical Building Management (TGM) for high-level federal properties in Berlin, including ministries and federal courts. This role is critical for ensuring the operational safety and technical integrity of complex facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and controlling technical service providers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations (GEFMA, AMEV, DIN), and acting as the client representative for TGM construction measures, including warranty management. The successful candidate will plan and implement measures for smooth technical operations, draft service specifications for national and European tenders, and continuously optimize technical building equipment and maintenance processes.
