Job Summary

This Technical Lead role involves providing expert IT systems consultation and support to internal HR clients, focusing on the continuous development and optimization of HR processes. Key responsibilities include translating complex customer requirements into precise technical specifications, designing essential interfaces for personnel data exchange with other IT systems, and evaluating and integrating suitable technical solutions into a future-oriented IT architecture. The lead will handle comprehensive project management tasks, such as vendor selection, contract negotiation, implementation, testing, and defining long-term support concepts. A critical component of the role is managing the Application Management Support for SAP HCM, actively shaping the roadmap towards SAP H4S4, and ensuring rigorous governance of the SAP HCM system with a focus on minimizing HR data distribution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or Business Administration, possesses strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall), and is fluent in German with good working knowledge of English.
