Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Hardware Development Engineer specializing in inductive sensors to join a leading technology team. The core responsibilities involve the end-to-end development of mixed-signal sensor electronics and associated algorithms for advanced position sensors. Day-to-day tasks include the detailed design and simulation of critical components such as coils, cores, and wires, alongside implementing solutions using microcontroller technology and specialized ASICs. You will be responsible for adapting existing electronic designs to meet precise technical specifications and ensuring the highest development quality through rigorous simulations, calculations, and release testing of both electronic and inductive components. Candidates should possess an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or a comparable technician qualification. While professional experience in analog/digital circuit design is beneficial, motivated entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply. Success requires strong independent work habits and proficiency in both German (B2/Fluent) and English.
