Job Summary

This role is for a Research Associate specializing in microelectronics and integrated circuit (IC) design for advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the Universal Integrated Console for Ultra-High-Field Magnetic Resonance Imaging (UIC4UHFMRI) project, focusing on designing analog, digital, or mixed-signal ICs for RF transmit and receive paths. Key responsibilities include developing and verifying circuits using EDA tools, conducting simulations, and working with A/D conversion and signal conditioning. This position offers the opportunity for doctoral qualification within an interdisciplinary and internationally networked team, collaborating with academic and industrial partners to develop innovative solutions in a leading MRI research hub.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree with good grades in Electrical Engineering (specializing in Integrated Electronics, Microelectronics, and Circuit Technology / High-Frequency Technology) or comparable disciplines. Opportunity for doctoral qualification.
