Job Summary
This role involves enhancing and maintaining the internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for a modern industrial company. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, ensuring their successful implementation across the organization. Key daily tasks include providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting errors, managing user roles and access permissions, and maintaining system interfaces. Additionally, the administrator will be involved in testing and documenting new program functionalities and providing training and support to key users. Candidates should possess an IT-focused background or relevant professional experience, ideally with knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
