Job Summary

This Specialist role is pivotal in the Technical Sales and Energy Consulting division, significantly contributing to the overall positive results of the private and business customer sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing professional, proactive energy efficiency advice and funding consultations, thereby expanding the group's building energy consulting services. You will be responsible for creating detailed profitability calculations and proactively generating new utility contracts for electricity, natural gas, and heat. A core focus of the role involves internal process optimization, requiring you to analyze existing workflows, identify potential improvements, and implement measures to boost efficiency and service quality. The ideal candidate must possess a completed Bachelor’s degree or be a state-certified Technician with relevant professional experience in energy or environmental management. Expertise in building technology, including photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, is essential.
